We understand that not everyone has the crafty abilities of Martha Stewart. That's why Sew Crafty is stepping in and helping the men, women and children of Houston get their craft on...with a bit of advice and guidance if needed. For those who need some help getting creative with their bra, join us! Food and drinks will be provided, but please bring your bra and any special materials to make it a work of art! Chicks and peeps, get ready to put on your aprons and serve lunch and dinner to homeless individuals getting back on their feet at Star of Hope Mission's Transitional Living Center for Women and Families. Volunteer space is limited to 6 spaces for the lunch crew and 10 spaces for the dinner crew. RSVP for lunch or for dinner.

We are once again seeking BRA ART entries, this time to benefit Bright Pink, an organization that provides education and support for young women who are at high risk for breast and ovarian cancer.
We are currently seeking partners to sponsor this event, as well as to donate products or services for our silent auction. Check out our sponsorship package and give us a shout!

Charity Chicks Houston is proud to be a supporting organization for the Texas Conference for Women. This isn't a charity event, but we're all about helping women to connect with each other and grow together - and we think this is a great forum for that! This conference offers the community and connection, the information and inspiration, the motivation and momentum to help you discover what you want - and go get it!
Keynote speakers include Leigh Anne Tuohy (the inspiration behind the movie "The Blind Side"), Glenda Hatchett (a.k.a. Judge Hatchett from her TV show) and Dr. Jennifer Arnold (from the TLC show "The Little Couple"). We hope to see lots of Charity Chicks at the event!
Registration is open and enter TXTSU2 in the "promotional code" field to receive a special reduced rate of $100 per person.
